This whole well oiled machine couldn't function without the wonderful office manager Victoria at the helm. Superbly efficient, she is more than competent at what she does. She always returns my calls, and when my cars are ready to go, I am always notified immediately. She is absolutely the best!
Krispin's Automotive is the best place to service your vehicle in Troy NY, period. The staff is incredible led by Krispin himself, and his right hand man Chuck, who have always done what it takes to get my vehicles on the road, with the safety of me and my cars in mind. They are very knowledgeable. 200% HONEST, and their prices are more than fair for the work they do. I have called several times to ask questions about my cars, and they are more than helpful on the phone trying to diagnose a problem I may have.
