I can't say enough good things about Burdett. I wish that hospitals would abandon their cold "medical" approach and follow in the example of Burdett - where the medical approach is there in the background, but the general approach is a more natural one where you're cared for and guided in the ways that your body intended.

Incredible nurses, cared for my wife and baby extremely well while we had our first baby. They treated us with great care and communicated any issues or problems. They took the time to make sure we were informed and understood everything that they were doing from the time we got there until the time we left. We ever felt rushed or neglected. We would come back here in a heartbeat. The nurses get more than 5 stars.

I had an absolute horrible experience. My child was born with a very common issue that should have been resolved in the hospital. Instead she lost over 10% of her birth weight, ruined our breastfeeding relationship and is still needing supplements over two months later. I found out her issue from a nurse the night before I was to be discharged. The pediatrician saw me the day my child was born and not again until discharge three days later. All could have been resolved at birth if the doctors communicated with me and to one another. I refuse to ever use the facility again.

I had my son in 12/2013 and now my daughter in 3/2017 here and had great experiences. The nurses are attentive and knowledgeable. The providers are kind and informative. The rooms are very nice, new, and clean. The food was excellent. I felt so well cared for during labor and the rest of my stay. It is so much easier and more relaxing than a larger hospital. I had a few common complications that they handled with ease.

What a wonderful group of people on all levels - doctors, midwives, nurses, lactation consultants, and other staff. The group was down to earth, relaxed (which helped me stay relaxed), gave me all the information I needed to make the right choices for my birth (and supported my path) and was in general very warm and caring.

I had some complications with my birth (due to my health history) and I was really pleased with the care and attention I received. My husband was with me and they helped guide him during the birth to stay calm, be involved, and assured him along the way too. Having him be more involved and hands on made me feel better and he was a very proud Dad after that experience. With the complications - I had to be taken to the OR, but I never felt scared or alone - and my husband, who was left with our newborn son, said the same - that the staff was also very supportive and helpful to him as well.

We're going back soon for our next baby - and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Actually when we went for a quick visit we saw the nurses who helped deliver our son - and we were welcomed back with warm hugs and smiles - these people made you feel so welcome, so at home, and the facilities are excellent.

I have delivered both of my girls are BCC and had a wonderful experience both times. The nurses are incredible, the rooms are nice and spacious and they took great care of me and the baby both before and after delivery, they did not pressure us to do anything we were not comfortable with and always explained everything going on as we went.
