Pretty incompetent and refused to take responsibility for their own mistake. I ended up getting fined $300 by NY DMV because it took them a month to notify me that the automatic payment for my card failed (since bank re-issued me a newer card). Told me that NY state legally requires them to send mail notifications only and immediately acknowledged themselves that those are pretty useless because no one notices them since they look identical to regular invoices. Didn't notify me by email or gave me a phone call because that's not what is legally required by NY state. When inspection is due, they are ok giving phone calls though. In other words - once problems arise, they won't take responsibility and will try to hide behind legal technicalities.
My family has been with them some years now! I as a teen kept them pretty busy lol but have to say, never had an issue and always great customer service and support.
