My friends and I were hungry at 3am and they delivered with no problem and it was the perfect ending to our night! The pizza was fresh and hot and we couldn't get over how delicious it was and so grateful thry delivered so late, well early lol Thanks Da Vinci crew MUCH appreciated!!
Overall impression? - disgusting and rude customer service. Driver asked “no tip?”

Worst customer expirience ever. The food I ordered was delivered 2 hours late with no explanation as to why. I had to call to see where my order was, because they didn't call. I received my order and it was the wrong order. I called again because I wanted my money back. The person on the phone overtalked me, said they would have the delivery driver bring me the right order with a free 2 liter. When the food arrived well over the 2 hrs it was disgustingly cold, no 2 liter, and no money back. What a joke business. Get it together!!
Why so many 1 stars? Hmmm.... Patterns of behaviour can't be overlooked nor can they be excused for over years of poor service. Try better. Own mistakes. Move forward. Simple and effective way to keep customers happy. So so sad.
