I suspect her tactic is to do as little work as possible, if she gets the contract, then she's okay, but if she fails to get the visa, then the client is forced to leave the country and she keeps the fee.
The fact that this firm employs such an individual, should give anyone pause for thought for using this firm....
She claims she is an expert, but is focused solely on getting your fee and doing virtually no work for it. Her knowledge of immigration law is so woeful. Her problems with my case included no knowledge of the E-2 investor visa process despite pushing me into that route. She initially fouled up my H1B visa, resulting in me loosing a lucrative job (she still wants paying for the work she claims she did), her fouling up of my E-2 visa cost me several well developed contracts and caused me to have to leave my home in the states and return to the UK
