Every single pair of pants I buy have holes in them! I'm not understanding why this is happening. This hasn't happened once, twice or even 3 times. Even more! They're return policy is a joke also.
I've had more than enough bad experiences in this Troy location. The Store Manager is horribly both to staff and customers. Its NOT clean. And no fitting rooms now? The area supervisor isn't any better her self. I used to love this store. Its gone down hill fast... Ill keep my buisness in Albany. Sad because I'm so local to this one. But so not worth the headache.
This store has great selections of clothing and always clean.
I don't think I will ever go back. I went there looking for sure for concert. I found a cute couple shirts and went to the counter as the woman behind the counter was ringing on my clothes she proceeded to tell the girls behind me that there were no fitting rooms. After ringing up my total I presented my credit card she ran the card and then realize that the system wasn't working. I wasted 25 minutes only to be able to buy two shirts because I only had enough cash on me to get the two. And from what I understand this locations dressing room has been broken or out of order for a while now.
