It's one of the better strip malls which benefits greatly from having HVCC across the street. Surrounding area is undergoing a bit of a revival.
It has a lot of little places to go. I loved going there to pick a place to have lunch or dinner when I was at hvcc. They have subway, Chinese, and a grocery store!
