I get a text saying new truck will be with my by 7:20. It finally shows up at 7:35. The driver is nice - no complaints there - but the cab is not suited for 2 adult passengers. It's a tight fit at best. Needless to say I am frustrated and not at all satisfied with the level of customer service that we pay good money to have. The lack of communication was unacceptable especially when they offer text alerts for convenience.
I was told the original truck was "reassigned" and a new ETA would be sent to me shortly.
Not an emergency - managed to gimp the car to work and called from there but it was not derivable to a shop. Called at 4:30 and were told it would be 1.5-2 hours before someone would get to us. Fine I also let them know there would be 2 passengers since my husband and I work close enough to carpool. At the 1 hour mark got a follow-up call just letting us know someone would be there in 30-45 minutes a driver had been assigned the call. Another hour and a half from that call passes before I call AAA back and ask what's the hold up.
