Dispatcher was rude... Driver was on her phone on Facebook it looked like the whole ride. I have pics too. So I am sure it is not hard to believe that she went down a one way street, the wrong way and didn't realize till I said something. She then was ordered to go pick up someone else while I was there. This someone else took about 10 min to come out then she dropped me off and had an attitude when I asked for my Change back as if I was to tip for her horrible service. Also the cat didn't have a working seatbelt.
This is my go-to cab company, but the wait times vary greatly. Most drivers and staff are courteous and helpful, but some are very cranky. They still beat all the other companies I've tried.
The dispatcher who works at 3:30pm was extremely rude and very unprofessional I do not recommend this taxi service unless you want to be hung up on repeatedly and disrespected...he definitely needs to fired or sent to customer services classes to learn how to talk to clients he is very lucky he refused to give me his name because people need to know which employee needs the proper training on how to deal with clients. The drivers are usually amazing and I normally use this taxi service for all my errands, appointments and more but after dealing with this unprofessional man I no longer want to utilize this company he is a disgustingly rude human being I am beyond furious hope he gets fired seriously!!!!
Always quick to arrive. Lowest fares every time I call around for prices. Drivers have all been very friendly.

Just wanted to update my review I truly appreciate David and Jamie for responding to my complaint in a very timely manner and apologizing to me on the call takers behalf!!! I truly am very pleased and it makes me feel I am a valued customer. I have changed my rating from one star to 5 stars because I truly do love this cab service and was very saden that I may have had to switch services....just wanted to say thank you again David and Jamie if it wasn't for your hospitality and humble apologies I would have definitely stood unpleased with the company....I love black and white they are truly a great company and if there is a bad seeds they will fix it!!! I recommend this cab service to every and anyone!!! they have great owners and great drivers i won't let that one bad apple spoil the entire bag!!! I'm am very pleased with how today's situation turned out!!! Thank you gentlemen again!!!!
