I couldn’t be more upset with the service that this office has provided me. I have given Dr. Adetutu several chances to change my mind about her unprofessional staff and her lack of knowledge. Unfortunately she has not proven that to me. She has given me expired medication, and she has lost some of my medical records. Her staff is rude, and very ignorant. This is by far the worst doctor’s office I haven ever visited.
She's been my family doctor for years. She's approachable, understands our needs as individuals. The staff is great as well.
This is the worst office ever . The wait is always over an hour. Medication idnalways being thrown at u . The staff is the rudest. My son who has. Autism and asthma has strep throat his oxygen was down to 90 and Tina the office manager refused him because I owe a bill on my account due to insurance mix up has nothing to do with his account .I was called street trash and a retard, I was yelled at and verbally abused by Tina the office manager. Worst place ever. I wish I could give it negative 5 stars.
I see all these bad reviews but Dr Adetona adetutu and her staff but they have been nothing but nice and respectful to me, and its geniune, it dosent seem like because they been accused of being rude theyre trying to be nice. Granted, Im a new patient and only seen her twice but Im sure I'll have nothing but good experiances in the future. Dr Adetona Adetutu listened carefully to my concerns and really seemed to care about my well being. All I can say to her and her staff so far is Thank you
I was a patient of her's for 20 years, her time spent with patients over the past few years has gotten worse. My wife had a credit and I supposedly owed a small bill of $85.00? She would not release my prescription for my heartburn medicine because of the poor billing person who has no clue. I do believe holding someone's prescription is illegal, I will find out. We have always paid all co-pays at the time of service for the past 20 years. I would suggest doing more research on her practice and Dr. Adetona before wasting your time. The waiting room in disgusting as of lately, and the staff has become very rude with the exception of Liz who is wonderful and should move on and find a better physician to work for.
